1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the ab222 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an ab222 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ab222 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your ab222 Account while logged in is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

ab222 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where ab222 reasonably suspects that the registration information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

ab222 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. ab222 may also request KYC documentation at any point during a Player's use of the platform, including prior to processing large deposits, following unusual account activity, or as part of a periodic compliance review.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of residential address. All documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered.

6 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All Account balances at ab222 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ab222 does not apply currency conversion to Player funds. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be available at ab222's discretion and will be communicated on the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of the transaction. Deposits via supported mobile wallets typically credit to the Player's ab222 Account within 60 seconds of confirmation.

ab222 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a market that was suspended or unavailable at the time of placement due to a technical error.
• The outcome was influenced by a technical malfunction, data feed error, or system failure.
• The bet was placed as part of a coordinated scheme to exploit pricing errors, technical vulnerabilities, or arbitrage opportunities in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• The underlying event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in circumstances covered by the specific sport or game rules applicable to that market.
